UEV also offers a contact form on its website that allows customers to request information material or get in touch with UEV.

 

Status of compliance with accessibility requirements

The UEV website is partially compliant with the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

 

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet accessible:

• PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not barrier-free. We are working hard to adapt them or provide accessible alternatives.

• Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles. We are endeavouring to provide subtitles for all videos in the future.

• Images without alternative text: Some images on the website do not have alternative text. We are constantly reviewing and updating this content.

• Heading structure: The headings on some pages are not clearly or hierarchically structured. In some cases there are empty headings or an illogical sequence of heading levels.

• Buttons and links: Some buttons and links are too small or too close to each other. Some buttons do not have legible labelling.

• Colour contrast: Some texts and elements on the website have too little colour contrast. This can limit readability for people with visual impairments.

• Zoom function: It is not possible to zoom the page on all subpages.

• List structure: Some lists are not technically correct or have an inconsistent structure.

• Links: Some links are only recognisable by colour or are not sufficiently separated from the rest of the text.

• Form fields: Some form fields are not or not sufficiently labelled.

• Screen reader compatibility: Due to technical implementations (e.g. for headings, lists and ARIA roles), screen readers are sometimes unable to clearly recognise or correctly interpret the page structure.

We are currently working with our service providers to make our websites fully accessible.
